Baltic Manors ROUTE

Building up the European Route of the Baltic Manors

The overall project objective is to build up the "European Route of Baltic Manors" that promotes an inclusive touristic valorisation of the shared manorial heritage of the SBA for the benefit of local communities and sustainable tourism development in rural and remote areas.

The main target groups are:
1. tourism actors that can become a part & directly benefit from the route (manor owners & operators, local tourism service providers, DMOs, tour operators)
2. essential supporters for the further development and maintenance of the route (national, local & regional authorities, monument protection authorities)
3. potential users of the route (domestic and international guests)

The project is co-financed by the European Union and implemented within the INTERREG South Baltic Programme 2021-2027.

The project involves nine partners from Germany (2), Denmark (2), Sweden (1), Poland (2) and Lithuania (2). The partnership is composed of tourist organisations, university, cultural institutions, SME, associations and coordinators of manors.
