In historic records Pienioniai Manor and park are mentioned from the middle of XIV century, when duke Kazimieras of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was visiting the Manor. From XVII century Pienionis was ruled by landlords family Daumantai-Siesickiai.

The manor was bought by new owners in 2005. Today the environment is being managed, the cleaning of buildings completed. Restoration of some buildings, roofs is planned.
